Hi Cosy Londoners
This weeks post will be more of an update rather than our usual educational, sleep related content. It's been some time since I've written an update on here and it's about time we caught up.
The journey of entrepreneurship is fraught with obstacles and challenges along the way, and the main thing I've been grappling with is finding my own voice as a founder and as a person in this business. I truly believe in the product and when I talk to someone, it is easy for me to communicate with them about what is great and special about it. The bigger challenge is to figure out how to communicate that on a wider scale in an authentic way. For this reason I am going to do these sort of updates more regularly, more authentic updates about the realities of business and especially being a small, women led, sustainable business in these economic times.
I have been wanting to expand the offering of Cosy London for some time now, and am really excited to announce that we will be launching the Cosy Tee very soon. These will be made to order T shirts, printed in the UK using high quality cotton. I am in the process of designing T shirt prints at the moment and honestly having so much fun with it. The idea came from attending the Yoko Ono exhibition at the Tate Modern where I purchased a simple white shirt that says 'Imagine Peace' across the front. It's a message that is so relevant and important and I couldn't believe how much wear I got from that shirt. Which brings us to the print on demand shirts I'm working on now. They will be varying in theme, from cute to political, from naps to ethical manufacturing, and I can't wait to share them with you.
I have chosen the print on demand model to avoid excess stock and wastage, and as I see which designs work and which don't I will continue to update the offerings.
As always I am so grateful for your feedback and comments, so please do let me know what you think about the idea, and the designs when they come out.
Please also do leave us a review if you haven't already, it really does help the business to grow and I very much appreciate every review.
Wishing you the very best sleep
