Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cosy London. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

UK Customers

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked free of charge.

There is also the option to pick up near Victoria station. If you would like to use this option please email to arrange

EU Customers

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail International tracked, free of charge.

International (US, Canada, Australia and rest of world)

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail International tracked, standard rate of £8.30

Customs and Duties

For products delivered outside of the UK, you will be responsible for paying a Customs Duty / Excise Duty and/or Import VAT that may arise at the delivery destination. Please contact your country's customs to find out how much these costs might be.


We ship using Royal Mail services within 48 hours from receiving the order, Monday to Friday. If the order is received after 4pm on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday. 

We are a small, independent company and do our best to ship out on time. Our delivery dates are guidance only and we cannot be held responsible for any delays on shipping. We do not ship out on non-working days or bank holidays and will aim to inform you of any significant delays.
